	IT industry is evolving in the world so is in India. We at d-orbit take the prevailing business environment as an opportunity to improve our long-term productivity and our positioning in the business verticals. We sharpened our focus on customers and aligned our front –end structure to our customers verticals. We also renegotiate several of our customer contacts. We focus on upgrading our offerings for our customers and create differentiating factor in each of our Line Of business (LOB). We invest time and money in training and development of our employees., in developing technical skills and soft skills and in grooming people to take positions of greater responsibility.

Our employees are our key strength and critical resources. We also take some specific measures to alleviate the impact of currency movement, such as bringing about change in our onsite-offshore composition, increasing the percentage of fresher in our new recruits and shortening the time of bill. We build a framework for operations control and make it robust. Our focus on training and development of the employees continues to deliver skilled, motivated and passionate teams to lead and support our future growth initiatives. It creates awareness of the business, culture, values of d-orbit technologies.

There are two main segments the Indian IT industry is evolving - Scale players and Niche players. Scale players offer a wide range of services to customers in wide range of industries while niche players either focus on one or two industries or one or two service areas. We are a Niche player in Manufacturing vertical and within Manufacturing our focus is on a few sub-verticals in ERP – (i) Manufacturing in Metal Sheets, (ii) Manufacturing of Control Panels, and (iii) Manufacturing of Automobile spares and accessories, (iv) Trading Companies. There is significant growth opportunity in these industries and small and midsize Trading companies also there is room for a number of players. We are working towards becoming a full service provider to these industries. We are also streaming our marketing efforts for these industries. We believe that these initiatives will bring out long-term sustainability and growth for the Company.

In the ERP section, we already have a leadership position in some areas. In this sector, our position continues to grow from strength to strength during the years. Our customer base in this sector includes automotive OEMs and vendors to the automotive industry as well as electronic part manufacturers, Soap & Detergent manufacturers, Measurement tools and gauges manufacturers. Overall, from the perspective of quality of customers, affiliation with the relevant industry organizations, process certifications and also from technological development perspective, we are well positioned vis-à-vis the competition. We are building on these strengths for the industry same time extending the same expertise to other cognate industries mentioned above.
